Quasar with disk?

What is this object, a quasar with visible disk / spiral structure at z=0.08448? Overlap? Lensed quasar? Strange spectrum.

Maybe not so strange After all, fits in pretty well with the Seyfert Quasar examples from the Astrophysics spectra at comparable redshifts. But perhaps a bit weak and also a very broad-based emission line that sets it off from the rest.
