What am I looking at here?!

Hi there fellow galactic explorers:
May anyone with the know how tell me what I may have stumbled across here? I classified the central object as a smooth cigar shaped galaxy with no remarkable features in itself... but it seems there is an additional object which I marked as odd...
Im so fascinated by this image, its the most exciting one I have come across in a while.
Does anyone know which wavelength this image is taken in? it would be really interesting to see this image in different light.
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
THANK YOUPosted

Welcome Embee0905.
The green object is a foreground star in our galaxy. The brighter ones have the 4 refraction spikes. Yellow stars look green in this image.
The galaxy is a simulation, but it is pasted upon a realistic background at random.
