Is it a white pea galaxy?

I think you could be correct. Round white object, no spectrum. It could be a white pea galaxy, but would need a spectral chart to be certain.

White pea galaxies are found at about z=0.1, when the OII and OIII and Hα peaks are in the blue, green and red part of the spectrum, and balance each other to make white.

The photoz of this object is way off, but it is just a photoz , which can be wrong.
