Quasar,Pea or Blue giant star ?

This galaxy looks like a gas cloud on the sdss but on the zoo photo it shows a bright blue dot. So it could be a Quasar,Pea or maybe even a blue giant star? There is not enough info to make a call as to what it is by me so someone else might know.
