Red/blue shift

AGZ000d7i1 spinning so fast we can see the red/blue shit in this or is it just the photo exposure?

Blueshift / redshift differences can happen in a galaxy, but these differences are too small to be seen in our images. I would say it is a problem with some of the ccds, since it is parallel with the field lines.
There is a study being done, called MaNGA that is studying redshift changes in galaxies.
