Unusual spiral

  This spiral looks like it has a dip on the left side and some sort of cloud developed over that area. It distorts that left side and makes one of the spirals stick up and out. Looks unusual so I thought I'd put it here. Cheers, bluemagi

  it looks like a star forming with dust and it also looks a galaxy in it self
