This isn't a quasar. Quasars are BRIGHT! and the spectra have prominent peaks. This is the spectrum of a blue star, quite dim because it is far away.
There is a warning, a small CHI square value. This a statistical test, which analyzes the data to see if the data are statistically significant, and it isn't.
