Small field star cluster/dSph galaxy

Found this weird thingy earlier today:

    enter image description here
    (coords 10 16 09.8, +23 05 48 / 154.0408, +23.0967)

This seems reminiscent of old star clusters/dwarf spherical galaxies I've seen in SDSS. DECaLS shows something similar:

Could this be some sort of nearby-ish galaxy/star cluster? It doesn't seem to be nearby to any particularly close galaxies.

What confuses me is that its color suggest it to be a late-type association of GKM stars, meaning that it's probably very non-luminous and/or fairly high redshift. a LSB galaxy, at the very least.
