Bright area

Pointing this out because it looks like an excessively bright area, intense bright starburst?
According to SIMBAD its redshift matches with the redshift of the surrounding galaxy.

I could be wrong of course, but I think perhaps SIMBAD has mistaken the bright blue area for a galaxy. It looks too bright to be part of the rather colourless central galaxy. I think the bright blue area must be a star. It is slightly oval-shaped in the SDSS image, but that's the case with many other stars in the neighbourhood. They seem to have got 'smeared'.

In this case I don’t think so, because the SIMBAD redshift is taken from GAMA in which it’s a distinct seperate object.
Here is the spectrum area and spectrum;

Which now I see it does look like an extreme starburst area in a rather dull disturbed galaxy, pea-like even?
Here is my standard pea comparison spectrum from AGZ000begm;
