I looks to me like it is a disrupted galaxy merging with another. There seems to be a long filament going counter-clockwise and above and the body of a smaller galaxy to the lower right.

This galaxy has an irregularly shaped centre with an arc a little further out. Its most unusual feature is two very very long spiral arms.

Possibly merging galaxies with tidal debris extending vast distances out. Appearance of an arc, but that could be the other galaxy
