Spiral Star & Round Galaxy?

Possible small white galaxy in the upper left of the image, and perhaps a galaxy or, given it's more yellowish colour, a star prominences in all four directions (up/down, left/right - with the left/right being longer) and the suggestion of spirals coming out of the left/right prominences.
