Quite unclear just what object I'm supposed to be classifying!

Is it the faint red blob (possibly a star) which seems to be close to the center of the image? In any case, judging 'the center' by eye is inexact at the best of times, so if these sorts of objects are offered up to be classified, perhaps some indication could be given of what, exactly, we're being asked to classify?
