Looks like a faint but real #stream of blue stars, perhaps a #tidal feature.
The SDSS data in the new Galaxy Zoo is deeper than before, so I wouldn't be surprised if more of these show up than we're used to.

Found out its UGC 1020, but couldn`t find a better quality picture of it.

#UGC1020 showing #starformation regions ... maybe those are spiral arms forming, I don't know. If it is a tidal feature, the gravitational object is not visible or named, it would appear.
