It looks to me like a darkness is in the right half that is making it look like a rough arc. The central portion may be to the right center with the right side of the object being but hidden by dust cloud. The two dots up-right and right side- just below center are the same obect as the left arc. Right off the bat for quick viewing I'd say it was a lumpy arc but I honestly think there are bands and a dust disk in front of it with it being much larger.

These FHB galaxies are hard to classify and astronomer Kevin said that it very hard to tell if it is clumpy or part of one galaxy since FHBs are often too faint to make anything out sometimes and at other times one can make them out.
