does anybody think that could be an supernova ?

No, it's a star. The optical distortions are not known to show up in supernovas as of yet -not because it's not possible but because supernovas are so far away and so faint- whereas this distortion is really strong. It's a "close" star, that is, close(!) to the lenses.
