Need Help...What is this?

  There's a nice clean round galaxy in the center and a "star" at 12 and 6 o'clock...but... what is the arc line connecting the 2 "stars" with a blue dot at the end of the arc????

  The galaxy has a very small starstream so it's either a ring galaxy or a spiral with faint arms

  looks like a "Lens" see also RED dots
