as the 4 spots next to the center galaxy are so even distributed, it might be a lens effect of 2 systems perfectly in one line #lens

I think the symmetry is just a coincidence (top one is a star, other 3 galaxies). Looks like a close group of galaxies to me.

Well from NED it's IC 1370 at z=0.05. Not a Hickson group it would seem, but definitely identified as an interesting group before. Zwicky has it in one of his papers on groups. 😃
