No, definitely a galaxy (or two). The blue blobs are starforming regions.
The main galaxy is also known as UM 254 and has an AGN (Active Galaxy Nucleus)

There is a galaxy at the bottom but the things on the top are really differents.
Ok I'm going to watch the answers on the forum

Also, color on the left galaxy is obviously an error, but is it the same for the one on the right galaxy?

Both the galaxes have areas of intense star formation They are probably interacting. Nice #merger.
