It's a Hubble pic and I'm not very good in finding info about them.
It looks very #lens like to me. So, great find anyhow !Posted

We're checking for known lenses now - and also digging out the "singly imaged magnified objects" that have been noted as well. To me this looks like one of them - probably that is a background galaxy being distorted, but I'd be surprised if there was multiple imaging going on. Good spot!
