Jet

I have not seen anything like this before. The galactic core is way off centre and there seems to be a high energy jet extended to the galaxy's boundary from the core, I imagine a hyper-active galactic nucleus.

Hi veggy, jets in general don't show on the SDSS images, there's only one that I know and it was OOTD, I think Stellar wrote it. Happy hunting

#Jet This galaxy has a jet coming out of the nucleus. This is a Radio Galaxy J00303280 +1646293.

This looked like half an elliptical, but now I think it is an elliptical which has illuminated an area each side of the jet. Thoughts?
