  At first glance, I'd say star... but there does seem to be more fuzziness on the edges than a star would have. If it's a galaxy, it's a very very dense and compact one.

  It looks like the quality of the image isn't great -- this isn't the only thing on that image tile that I'd say is fuzzy, but still a star. (PDXDave, the SDSS pipeline agrees with you, and that's why it's included here.)
