VOO - Very odd object

  what could it be? It looks like a big "confusion" .... a galaxy that is stealing matter from an unseen star (bottom) and on the upper part it looks like a jet.
  I am really curious to understand this!

  I remember seeing a similar image some 40 years ago: it became known as the 'mouse tail' galaxies
