I know the red mark is actually the center of the image, I almost missed it, not talking about the big cross or straight line of object. What I am talking about is just left, barely visible

There are probably more than a half dozen galaxies in the image, just so distant and faint as to be only a smudge. Almost every image will have a plethora of stars and galaxies, but the object being reviewed is that which is most central to the image, not necessarily the most prominent. Many times, a faint galaxy will be nested right up against a large star. They want to to classify that faint galaxy. So..... if you see a faint galaxy in the center, and you feel you can classify it, then do so.
