Not 100% certain, no.
However, under Cross-identifications in the Explore view of this object, there is "USNO" in the catalog field, and the proper motion is given as ~8.9 mas/year. If that cross-ID is correct, and if the USNO proper motion value is robust, then it's surely (99+%) a star ...

I would just go for star ! (experience from looking at 100K+ images). But as Jean says, we can't be 100% sure ! 😄
