Distortion suggests several merging galaxies

I would say from the off-centre bulge of the central larger galaxy that at least one, and potentially all the 3 smaller surrounding galaxies might be interacting with it. There are 3 other potential galaxies also in the frame, top right also showing signs of distortion. Quite a collection!
