Horseshoe Pattern of 7 objects

  What would be the 7 objects in the horseshoe pattern just above the central galaxy? They appear to be perfectly placed in a pattern on the horseshoe and there is almost a hint that they may be "ellipsing" towards each other. Don't know if a lensing could happen like this. Or just a Coincidence??
