possible merger and strange object

one has to look thru inverse to see key features. There appears to be a connection between the two key objects where the central object appears to be a spiral with some distortion. The upper arm is connected to the bright object to the left. Maybe this is the start of a merger. The left object is very bright if they are indeed connected. I do not understand what it may be. I need some help here. Sorry I didn't get the subject I'll add a msg with subject name.
