Star forming tails, or elliptical ring system?

As @c_cld points out, this looks abit like the Cosmic Eye - but the "lens" galaxy is not as massive (it has late-type bluish features - a bar, perhaps?) and the arcs are not as distinct from the extended lens galaxy light... Modelling would help, as usual, but there's another one could do: look for signs of a lot of mass to the North or South, that could make an Einstein ring (which are normally circular) appear "squashed" into this more elliptical shape.
