two elongated features at 5 o'clock. Look like being another galaxy in the background, partially hidden by one spiral of the disturbed (?) galaxy

This is fab! I think it must be an overlap - looks like a (blue?) disk behind a red one, with a coincidental alignment.

A very unusual system! Signs of dust obscuration at 5 o'clock, indicating that the blue disk may be in front of the red system.
