Two Fried Eggs

This galaxy looks like two fried eggs plus maybe another object which may or may not be part of this galaxy. Also there appear to be two spiral arms at 2 and 10 o'clock.

If the small object is a star, it must be way to the foreground of the galaxy. In which case, what would the galaxy be merging with? It's certainly disturbed, but a merger is questionable.
