Could this be a telescopic mistake?

  This long green bar looks odd to me, so I've just wondered if you've seen it before and if it is just a visual mistake?
  Btw. when I got this object to classify it, the picture was smaller so you could see almost the whole green bar and its very sharp ending.

  Yes, this is a #satellitetrail, which you can go ahead and classify as an artifact.
