  I am thinking a blue stare in front of a irregular galaxy. not listed anywhere. so it's a where no one has gone before. Nice catch! anyone else?

  I suppose it is star overlapping galaxy, but it looks amazing. Supernova are often blue, but so many of what we see are just overlaps. NED and SIMBAD have nothing to say.

  Could this be a white dwarf in front of a galaxy? Great image, a blue star in front of a blue galaxy 😃
