  I usually mark these as #clumpy and #irregular. Unfortunately some of the deep-space images are so fuzzy it's difficult to make a confident identification.

  The central object is indeed a clumpy, fuzzy galaxy.
  The object to the left is a star. The spikes and rings are optical artifacts
