Possible lensing?

Could this possibly be some form of lensing? Dark core, ?small black hole in/behind target galaxy? movement shimmer on ?multiple images of same star?? Overactive imagination?

look at both sides of the core its sort of orange and blue on the right
these are optical effects from the camera. same effect on the stars
