at first I thought merger, but without any real distortion of shape, I'm leaning toward overlaps

This appears to be three galaxies merging but they all seem to have reasonable undesturbed shapes so they could be eclipsing each other.

I'm not to sure about these galaxies merging. As you say, they are all three more or less undisturbed. #overlap for me.

No apparent interaction, so have to agree it's a nice 3-way #overlap!
