can any one please explain the luminosity around this galaxy

This is a galaxy with in a spiral at near the core and if you move away from it the spiral is not there anymore.

Looks like a very disturbed spiral to me. Lots of starforming going on (the blue clumps).
Maybe the result of a flyby ?

This one is very unusual. It has a central two armed spiral surrounded by a ring of blue star-forming [?] blotches.
