Smoth galaxy with blue features

  Had trouble categorizing this one. First time I've seen a smooth galaxy with the blue features of this one. Possible they are unrelated but it looks suspiciously as one unit.

  I'm more inclined to call this an overlap. They look so very different and although the blue one looks disturbed, there doesn't seem to be any distortion in the central elliptical.
  I'd classify this as a smooth/round and something odd(other). Just to flag this.
