Streaming Jets

What do you make of these two jets streaming from that bright blue point of light? It's beyond my experience.

It is #UGCA116 That is lovely.
It is the colour of star formation. I would think that two galaxies have collided, and stars are formed in the crash area. The two "jets" look more like fuzzy patches when magnified in the SkyServer images.
