The face in the bottom corner in the blue galaxy

  How in the world do you classify that galaxy all I have to say about it is that that is one of the weirdest things I have ever seen

  You do realise that it is the central object that we are supposed to be classifying (even if it is the most boring one in the pic)
  But if you mean the object in the bottom right corner : that is just a foreground star. The colors and the spikes are just optical artifacts.
