Look at this spiral. I wonder why there's a Galaxy and lots of small clusters of stars or nebulae? Seems to be packed. Also note there appears to be a very bright star or cluster of stars in the centre of the Galaxy

hmm I concur with your analysis what do you thnk of that particularly bright object towards the top left corner???

The very bright object top left corner is a foreground star from our galaxy.
