What is this? Galaxies both face on and side on?

Had some trouble with this one. Looks like one side on galaxy and one face on Galaxy. Can anyone take a look give a second opinion?

Yes, it looks like an edge on with dust lane overlapping a spiral. Nice image.

probably not merging. foreground galaxy is on edge, with #dustlane.

It appears to be two galaxies in similar size in close alignment, there is no evidence of a merge. The #EdgeOn seems to be in the foreground
