NGC 4384 or Mrk 0207

A member of the Canes Venatici Cloud. a group of galaxies in the Ursa Major family. A beautiful spiral with Sa, Blue Compact type classification.What I find strange is its Hierarchy is that of Field Galaxy but it is also assigned to a group.What gives? Anyone?

A field galaxy is a galaxy that does not belong to a larger cluster of galaxies, but is gravitationally alone.
