Interesting-looking merger. I like it more for the shape than anything -- and it's relatively near interesting neighbour -- look at that wonderful red star/cluster?

Wonder what the comet-like object is near the core? That's realy unusual.

#merger - looks edge on to me too, the other object looks to be merging with the larger one.

I thought the smudge above this edge on galaxy is a comet too.
