How is this classified?

Mostly clumpy? Isis it even a galaxy?
It looks irregular, but should it be labeled as an artifact?

This is definitely a galaxy. But it is too faint and fuzzy to tell anything about it.
Don't go for artifact.
I usually classify these ones as : features/not an edge on/no bar/no spiral/no bulge/anything odd : no.
But that is just me ! 😉
