What is this?

Im not sure what this is? Is it some sort of artifact or something? There seems to be multiples objects with same shape.

This object looks very odd. Is it a camera artifact? There seems to be multiple images of the same object.

These are foreground stars from our galaxy. The colours and the weird center are just optical artifacts.
