Is that a planet going in front of a star?

  The blue dot seems like a planet going in front of a star, is the telescope strong enough to take sure accurate picture or is this an artifact?

  Im afraid not. It is an optical glitch. At this distance and indeed much much closer it is impossible to visually identify a planet with out the use of the light curve.
