AGZ0004mal Polar ring?

  Is is this kind of double barring that's called polar ring?

  Agreed it is a weird one, but I don't think it's a polar ring.
  I'd be happy to be corrected on this issue though ! 😄

  For me is a strong interaction with a satellite and another edge on galaxy superimposed

  The smaller edge on galaxy seems to me as superimposed too. The target galaxy might be a spiral with strong interaction as you say, pcris.

  The small edge on at top of image seems an #overlap in background. Central spiral seems disturbed by small galaxy to lower left; seems to be #tidal debris joining the two. SkyServer view has another larger, possibly disturbed galaxy in vicinity (but could be just closer to us).
