Lensing? SIMBAD has this as an emission line galaxy.

I believe it's only overlapping galaxies. No lense for me.

Would guess the two objects above the spiral are not conected and are remote galaxies.

Main galaxy ?AGN I still think maybe gravitational lensing. Starburst ELG. X-ray source.
