I was wandering if anyone could inform me on what the green line in this pictures was, it certainly seems to be an interesting occurrence.

It's the trail of some object quite close to earth, satellite or plane.

Even more wow! The satellite trail can be seen to the left. The same satellite, at the change of filters, seen in red. The big blob at the end may have been caused by the satellite rotating and a (more) reflective surface catching more light. The red flash at the top left is an optical artifact from a bright star. Wow indeed! Nice find 😃
