Strange galaxy

I'm not sure this is a normal galaxy because (using examine) it has a symmetrical radial distribution of spectrum radiating from the center in the shape of a bow tie. Looks a little like a sort of planetary nebula.
Can be the result of interstellar gas ionization due to a #jet of radiation produced by massive black holes spinning in the center?
